Sekil.id

Psychological assessment & career mapping for Indonesia. Academically validated by UNJANI, results in 10 minutes.

Sekil.id

The Problem

Psychological assessment in Indonesia is still expensive, slow, and produces generic results.

Schools and universities need objective data to help students choose majors — but conventional psychological tests are expensive (Rp 500k+ per student), require manual interpretation by psychologists, and produce uniform reports for thousands of people.

Corporate HR needs actionable talent development insights — but existing tools are either too generic (free online MBTI) or too expensive (assessment centers at Rp 2–5 million per person).

Multi-unit foundations need dashboards to monitor assessments across schools and branches — but existing platforms lack multi-level hierarchy and rely on manual Excel reporting.

The result: decisions about majors, talent development, and career paths are made with inadequate data — or not made at all because the cost is too high.

The Approach

Three validated instruments. AI tuned for Indonesian context. Not a generic online test.

Sekil.id is built on three psychological instruments long validated in global academic literature — Holland Code for career interests, MBTI-style typing for personality, and Papi Kostick for work profile. We didn’t invent new instruments. We use what’s already proven.

The difference: every response is analyzed through a Multi-Agent AI Swarm that synthesizes all three instruments into a personalized narrative — not a generic template. The output isn't just “your type is INFJ” — it’s specific major recommendations, career paths, and (where relevant) professional certifications that make sense for that profile.

Every output is academically validated by UNJANI’s Faculty of Psychology. Question bank items are reviewed by HIMPSI-certified psychologists. Narrative templates are reviewed before production. This isn’t SaaS thrown together in three weeks — it’s a system built to academic standards from the start.

For distribution to education and corporate markets, Sekil.id operates as a joint venture with B One Corp — Indonesia’s largest distributor of professional certifications (Certiport, Microsoft, Adobe, Intel). Profiles from our assessments link directly to relevant certification paths.

Capabilities

What it does.

Outcome-focused capabilities, not feature lists.

01

Assessment Products, 1 Engine

From Career Interest for high school students to Leadership Styles Test for executives — all powered by three core assessments (Holland, MBTI, Papi) with different narrative templates per product.

02

UNJANI Academic Validation

Every question bank is reviewed by the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. Not a vague “AI-validated” claim — real lecturer names, real signoffs, real paper trail.

03

Results in 10 Minutes, Not 2 Weeks

Multi-Agent AI Swarm generates personalized narratives immediately after assessment completion. PDF reports with tenant branding, ready to share with students or employees in minutes, not weeks.

04

Multi-Tenant with Row-Level Security

One instance, hundreds of tenants. PostgreSQL RLS ensures School A’s data is never accessible to School B. Multi-unit foundations get hierarchy: HQ → region → school.

05

Authorized Testing Center Dashboard

For institutions that need full control: aggregate analytics, comparative reports across batches, custom branding, SSO. Premium add-on with annual renewal.

06

Integrated with B One Corp Certifications

Assessment profiles link directly to Certiport, Microsoft, Adobe, and Intel certification recommendations — the path from “know who you are" to “work-ready” in one ecosystem.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is Sekil.id different from free MBTI tests online?

Free online tests typically only do 16-type MBTI with generic template output. Sekil.id combines three instruments (Holland, MBTI, Papi), generates personalized narratives (not templates), and every question bank is academically validated by UNJANI. The result: major and career recommendations specific to the individual profile, not one description for millions of people with the same type.

Who is already using Sekil.id?

Sekil.id is currently in pilot phase with three design partners: Yayasan Pengusaha Pendidikan Jabar (secondary education), Muhammadiyah (multi-level education), and Metranet/Telkom (corporate). Wider market distribution via B One Corp’s sales force begins after pilot completion.

Can assessment results be used for recruitment or termination decisions?

No — and this is explicit in the contract. Sekil.id results are supporting data for talent development, career guidance, and self-awareness — not the sole basis for recruitment, promotion, or termination decisions. HIMPSI ethical standards require employment decisions to consider multiple data points and the judgment of professional psychologists or HR.

What's the price per student or employee?

Per-seat pricing varies by product, starting from Rp 125,000 (Self Discovery AI) to Rp 350,000 (Goal Orientation Coaching). Volume discounts up to 50% apply for over 500 seats. Final negotiation goes through B One Corp’s sales team. See details at sekil.id/harga.

Is participant data secure and UU PDP compliant?

Yes. Data is stored in PostgreSQL with per-tenant Row-Level Security — School A’s data is technically inaccessible to School B (not just policy-based). Audit trails cover every data access. Compliance with Indonesia’s UU PDP plus GDPR-style data subject rights (export, delete) available on request. DPA terms negotiable in enterprise contracts.

How long does implementation take for a new school or company?

Standard tenant onboarding: 2–4 weeks from signed contract to live. Includes: tenant config setup, branding integration, user import, admin training, and the first pilot batch. For Authorized Testing Center clients with custom requirements (SSO, complex multi-level hierarchy), it may take 4–6 weeks.

Want to see the platform in action?

We offer a 30-minute demo with the Sekil.id team — not a sales pitch, but a technical walkthrough: how assessments run, what the reports look like, and what makes sense for your institution's context. If it fits, we move forward. If not, we'll be straight with you.
