Background
Bayu started his career on the operational side — Heavy Equipment Administration, Sales Consultant, Production Officer for an event organizer. Jobs that might look disconnected from engineering, but taught one thing he carries with him: execution quality isn't determined by job title, but by how much you care about details others consider trivial.
In 2016, Bayu joined PT eBdesk Teknologi as Lead UI/UX & Graphic Design for 5 years. There, he didn't just design — he also took responsibility as Business Development Trainer, teaching internal teams about learning business development and project strategy. That dual role shaped him: a designer who understands numbers, a salesperson who understands wireframes.
After eBdesk, Bayu moved into deeper product management. As Product Manager & Lead Implementor at SIMAK.ID, he managed product development end-to-end. Then at PT Barrans Global Mandiri, he ran an even more hybrid role: IT Resources Manager, Lead UI/UX, and Scrum Master — depending on what the project needed at the moment.
Since 2023, Bayu has been at TransTRACK as Product Manager, then moving up to Manager of Non Hardware Sales in 2026. An unusual transition: from product to sales. But for someone who has designed, built, and delivered products for a decade — sales isn't a career switch. It's a natural continuation.
At Dartstudio, Bayu is a Pegiat Circle who joins on a project basis when an engagement requires product thinking paired with business development sensibility. His background across design-product-sales is a rare asset: someone who can talk to client founders about technical decisions, and to engineering teams about go-to-market.
